Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mail box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a new e-mail account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect e-mails from one mailbox to another, configure mail filters, create auto-response messages and shield your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming electronic mails on the basis of specific rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and define the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Just specify the e-mail box account you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then choose the target e-mail box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of everything else.
